Saturday saw yet another successful fund raising event for Lisa Barnes Memorial Fund. Four bands and four comedy acts put on a nonstop performance of music and comedy in the Majestic Suite at Deans club in Ely.
The event came together because of the great organising skills of Claire Putterill and Deigh Evans who was also one of the musicians.
All the musicians and comediens gave there time for no charge and Deans always give us the venue free said Robert Barnes. The event raised £1005.85
The fund has now reached a staggering £40,000 sinch its launch in October 2010.

We will be selling Christmas Tree decorations, the wonderful Christmas Carol CD recorded by Witchford Voices and the fabulous 2012 girlie calendar with a bevy of beautiful ladies. These will make fantastic presents.
Carol singing, Brass Bands, Santa’s grotto, quizzes and much more. Come along and join in the fun at Holistic Fields High Street Passage Ely on Thursday 1 December between 5pm and 9pm.

Come along to Two19 Tattoos in Ely and have a custom designed tattoo for a fabulous price of £30. All monies collected will go towards the fund.

Come and moan and groan your way round the Eel Trail dressed as a ZOMBIE in a Halloween Zombie walk. Meet at The Cutter at 4pm and start off at 5pm.
