The Co-op supermarket on Wisbech Road Littleport have been very busy fund raising for Lisa’s Fund. Robert Barnes who launched the fund almost two and a half years ago said, ‘The latest donation of £643.14 was from fund raising events leading up to Christmas. Store Manager Chris Wright and his team are doing an amazing job raising money for Lisa’s Fund, the latest donation also includes matched funding from the Anglian Co-op Retail Service.’
At the moment the staff are selling draw tickets for a very large Chocolate Easter Bunnie donated by Cherry Hill Chocolates of Ely, they are also asking their customers to sponsor the next Sky Dive Christine Gibbs and Robert will be doing on the 20th April, ‘They are such a great team, I cannot thank them enough for their continued support’.
